Great place to get vehicle service. Trustworthy which is hard to find in an automotive repair company.

I had my oil changed as a walk in. It was fast and easy and what I really appreciated was the fact that they weren't coming at me with the air filter and any number of other things telling me I needed new ones. I'll definitely be a return customer.

I came home from a trip to Denver with a nail in my tire. I had to get into work early the next day so it needed to be fixed quickly. Service Street got me in quickly and did a great job! They even did a full service review of my car to see if there any other potential issues to be aware of in the future. The team was professional and kind!

Disappointed with my service today for my oil change. Started with pressure to purchase a group of oil changes. They had to keep hyping it up after I said I was not interested. I had to tell him NO! To get him to stop selling them. Then I was shown the air filters. I told him I wanted the dirty one replaced. Only the one. He stated they were together. Silly me believed he really ment together. No, was charged $25 EACH and labor. So my reasonable priced oil change jumped to $88. You lost a return customer. I don't like those games. Too many other places to get my car oil serviced.

Amazing customer service. My first experience was a check engine light. The technicians are personable and engaged. They checked for free, i was missing my gas cap. Told me to get one, fill up and come back to reset the light and that if the light came back on after that, means it’s somethjng else. Honest. Could of easily obtained a gas cap gave some outrageous price and reset the light. The only reason I came back a second time. Second experience my suv engine blew. Even though they did the diagnostic to see why ($139) once they realized it was the lack of oil causing the engine to freeze they only charged me $30. They allowed me to leave my suv with them for days while I got my life together and got my other vehicle out of storage and attended to my working mom duties until I could get there to pay them and tow my vehicle home on a Saturday. They are always very professional and caring. Johnathon has great customer service. Adrien, the regional manager (I think) or manager over several locations, who essentially and substantially reduced the diognastic price was a pleasure to work with. There was another gentleman who was lovely to talk with about my car troubles as well. Tall blonde. Just overall the staff is great and I will absolutely continue my services with them with my next vehicle’s problems. Amazing job you guys! Hard to come but a mechanic shop with Integrity and honesty.

I made an appointment for a mechanic to check my air conditioning system which was not operating. Upon arriving I was told it would take 20 to 40 minutes. After an hour of waiting, my car had not even been looked at. I asked for my keys and left very disappointed. I won’t be back.
