BE AWARE!! DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR!!! SCAMMERS!! Took my car for a simple oil change and break/rotors replacement that I provided for the mechanic. This •simple• procedure took 3 days to complete. They took the car apart, the incompetent mechanic did not know how to replace breaks and rotors, then I was told my car is unsafe to drive and that a "more" experienced mechanic needed to take a look at my car when he comes in on Monday! They waited until closing time to tell me all of this. I was left without a car from Saturday 1pm until Monday night 6:30pm. A worker took me home with their "work" shuttle on Saturday. They didn't care about the fact that I don't have a car to get to work on Monday.Three days later (Monday) evening when I picked up my car I was told they changed additional parts without my authorization and charged me for parts and labor I DID NOT APPROVE. They held my keys and would not give me the car until I paid. When I asked to get a number to their corporate office they refused to give me the number. One “district” manager said all complaint emails are filtered through channels and all emails go through him first which means he picks and chooses what email corporate sees. UNACCEPTABLE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! •ripp off •unprofessional •scammers •worthless •dishonest •incompetent mechanics and managers •liers •uneducated •thiefs •one-sided

Chris and his team are fantastic I was having a problem with sensors and gauges not working together and they took the time to trek down every problem and fixed it. They also will always keep you informed about what is going on with your car. If you need a ride home our work they are there for you I will be using them again and I recommend them to everyone

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation since the shop is minutes from home. Very impressed. Friendly staff, good price and I was in and out in no time.

In Colorado Springs there seems to be repair facilities that don't care about our needs or our time constraint. A-Team at service Street, not only did they shuttle us to our appointments while they worked on her vehicle but they also dropped me and my family off at the restaurant of our choice so we could have lunch. This was all done for free. I was blown away with the level of service we have finally found a place to go in Colorado Springs thank you service Street!

Its wonderfull to have a neighborhood repair shop especially one that offers so many options like financing and a 5 yr warranty that's unheard of they have a friendly staff and if there is a problem they not only help but honestly want to �� great place they even helped me with a battery even though it was time to go home thanks service street
