I called Service Street because my car had blown a spark plug, Dave was very helpful in arranging a tow so that it could be diagnosed. I received a call the following morning explaining what needed to be done and what it would cost, before anything was done. They actually finished 2 and a half hours before the promised time and for exactly the cost promised. I feel that I was treated with respect and that they were very honest and best of all, my car is running Great! I will use them for any needs I have in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

These guys are awesome. New to town, needed a mechanic for my HONDA, and they made it a wonderful experience! Repair was made in a timely fashion, tested, and on my way w/a sense of security that the repair was done correctly. That's a big pat on the back gentlemen. Keep up the good work. You definitely made me a return customer!

Great shop. These guys are professional, honest, and kind. Always very helpful and willing to ask any questions I have. They do the work I ask in a timely manner, without being pushy about extra repairs and the like. The managers are helpful and willing to give discounts and deals where they can. These guys have earned my business. Good work guys keep it up!

For 7 months this shop has serviced my 7.3. I have nothing but great things to say about the customer service and technicians. For being a full service shop their desiel mechanics have always been top notch. Easy financing, and quick turn around times, great friendly knowledgeable mechanics make this my number one choice.

Very professional and courteous. Dave Stock is a rock star. As I misunderstood the oil change pack (my fault), they didn't charge me for the oil change! Service Street is head and shoulders above Jiffy Lube and the like. I won't go anywhere else.

The employees here are so amazing and kind. I never feel like I'm inconveniencing them and they never make me feel like I'm incompetent. I continue to give them business because they treat me well and I trust what they're telling me.

Do NOT take your vehicle here! They scammed us out $350!! We took our truck in due to a transmission leak. They said it could be repaired and charged us up front. Two days later they called and said they couldn't figure out exactly what was wrong with it, but probably the transmission. When I asked about getting a refund, they said they would NOT give a refund because they provided a service. We have a warranty on the vehicles transmission and had they told us that from the beginning we would have taken straight to the dealer. Alex, the "manager" said they did exactly what we asked them to do? No, we took the vehicle in with a leak and asked that they the "professionals" tell us the issue. He said all they could do is give us a free oil change packet. Why on earth would we ever take any of our vehicles back there when you already ripped us off? Fool me once, SHAME ON YOU! BE AWARE, you get what you pay for! Their $20 oil change is not worth the grief they will cause you down the road! Not to mention when we picked up the truck, they said it could no longer go in reverse..! 1/23/18 Update: This place is a joke! Someone from "corporate" called several weeks ago claiming that they would look into this matter. They stated that Alex was a new employee and would be calling me back within a couple days. I never heard back! They have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
