Changed my oil that's about all

Absolutely horrible business. Installed a defective alternator, at an expensive price. Six months later it failed and even caught on fire. Almost burned up my Jeep. So they towed it in and replaced it. Within two weeks that one failed. So I gave up and took it to my regular shop. The district manager called me and said this location has a ton of these complaints. That they fired the manager and several others. And agreed to pay for my regular shop bill (that was even more between the tow and the burned up battery). Surprise surprise. After the work was done the jerk weaseled his way out of paying. Then became impossible to get ahold of by phone. So I am out $750. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Adam, James, and Isaac were wonderful! They took great care of my car with oil change and brakes! They were very kind and courteous. Adam even gave us a military discount! My husband and I have been going here since they opened and they have always taken very good care of our vehicles. I highly recommend them!!

The giant poster on the wall claims “we service all cars” but there is a caveat to that. I guess they do technically service all cars (to a certain degree) but they couldn’t simply balance my tires. And I don’t drive something unique. I drive a Dodge SUV. I would think they would have a machine capable of providing the service but now I have to go to a tire store to get the work done there. Don’t believe everything you read. Otherwise the service was good and it took the time they had predicted. There was nothing else significantly bad to notice.

Fast service to get my AC fixed. Very friendly & professional. The military discount really helps too!
