Brought my car in for an oil change and inspection. I have been hearing a noise coming from my driver side rear tire for months that occurs every time I roll over the smallest bump. After 2 days at the shop, I was told they couldn’t get the car to replicate the noise, but that maybe I needed new brakes and rotors in the front tires and a new engine air filter. However as I drove from the shop, I immediately heard the noise again, and again, and again. Just like before, every time I hit a small bump I could hear it. Which leads me to believe that they didn’t even drive my car to try to resolve the issue and instead pushed new air filter, brakes, and rotors on me. I just had brakes and rotors replaced about a year ago. Honestly very disappointing experience.

They were punctual with my appointment. They went the extra mile in looking into why my washer fluid dispenser was leaking having to take the under engine cover off to figure it out. They even scrub washed my car. Great service.

So i recently decided to have my engine rebuilt after blowing a head gasket by over filling my oil. I called around did get qouted for cheaper but i expected what i was paying for in the end. Service street qouted me $5800 to rebuild my engine. And told me they could do it. Most shops won't rebuild, only swap. I knew what i wanted and they promised me it would be done in one week. The man hours were about 40 hours. So i was impressed and went for it. They didn't tell me they would have another shop do all the work. And they still took about 2 weeks before giving it back and it started acting up in less than 24hrs. Acer Engine rebuilt my engine for $2800 to Service Street. Qouted me $3500 originally but would take awhile to finish the job, which they did 2 weeks like i was told before. Acer also replaced my radiator, thermostat and my alternator for free. While Service Street collected a check, did no work, and never informed me that another shop had my car! (i found out from the towing company they use when he started taking me downtown instead of to Powers and N. Carefree) Adrian was an @$$ in the end. Michelle Robarge, the new general manager was rude the ENTIRE TIME they were SUPPOSED TO have my vehicle. They low balled the people who did all the work for them and still up charged me!!! When i got my car back it was stuck in 3rd gear. I tried sending it back to S.S. and thats when i found out they never had my car. So i meet with Acer! When I confronted S.S., I was told that this is america by Adrian and im not getting nothing back. "Take em to court". If this how they handle their business id rather find honest people to give my hard earned money too. Not CROOKS. They never fixed my car. Acer, from the start until the end, took care of everything and more. I continued my business directly with the REAL MECHANICS. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU'RE READY TO PAY FOR HORRIBLE SERVICE. BOTH TO YOU AND YOUR CAR. THEY ARE LIARS, SCAMMERS, AND CROOKS. This is America. Right Adrian?

God awful, they tried telling me they can fix a "oil leak" and few others for $800. Could have fooled me if the man at the dest didnt tell me before they need to meet there Quota. Went to another auto shop they told me nothing was wrong. The people in the Colorado springs area are clearly pennie pinchers!

They did exactly as they said they would. Even though I was a walk in they took great care of me and fixed my jeep. Wonderful customer service.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, I was greeted at the door and immediately noticed how clean the facility was. They took my car in within 10 minutes to do the oil change as I waited in the waiting room. A gentleman came and got me and told me I needed to see something on my vehicle. I already knew it was this “busted CV axle” another repair shop told me about. They didn’t just tell me, they showed me. I go out to my vehicle and they already have the wheels off and oil draining.... it had only been 10 minutes!!! I didn’t get the axle repair at the other shop because they had just told me it was broken and when I asked to see they said “ sorry we can’t it’s already off the lift.” Needless to say I had trust issues! So they showed me the axle and all the grease everywhere!! It had been leaking for a good while. I approved the repair and was offered a ride home! I gladly accepted and relaxed at home. I got several calls keeping me updated on the progress. I was told a my brakes were at 30% life left and I’d need them next visit. I got picked up and believe it or not, these guys showed me my old axle removed!!! Needless to say I had an amazing visit. I already plan on getting the brakes done early to prevent issues! Thank you guys for your service and honesty!!
