Good and bad. The water pump on my car broke, it didn't look like something i wanted to do myself, so i got some quotes, these guys wanted the work and matched the lowest quote so that was good. And they completed the work in the same day, also good. However, the bad part is, when i got my car back, one of the motor mounts was broken, it wasn't broken before they worked on it, so in my mind, they broke it. They didn't think it was their fault, but offered to split the cost of parts and labor 50/50. This still cost 3 times more than i could do it myself, so i chose to do it myself. I was hoping they would reimburse me for the cost of the motor mount, i would do the labor myself, and we could split it that way, but no reimbursement. So i feel like they did a good job on the water pump, but they also broke my motor mount in the process and wouldn't take responsibility for that.
