After having a "free" brake inspection, my daughter was informed that rear breaks were ok but the front needed work. After spending several hundred dollars on front brake repairs, the brakes still squeak. Now they tell her the rear brake drums are worn. We will be taking or business elsewhere from now on.

Found contents of my glove box on floor board and when I opened glove box to put back items it was stuck as someone had rummaged through it and did not take the time to put things back and left it a mess. No doubt looking for a manual.

had a few issues on communication, but the manager was able to help me out and get everything resolved in a timely manner, will be back for our vehicle needs.

Wow, Hwy robbery at its finest! Took my car in for an alignment and oil change to find out that my tire rods were seized and needed to be replaced which I agreed too for a charge of $787. Three hours later I get a call stating more work had to be done to get the parts replaced for another five hundred dollars. I said I’ll wait and get a second opinion. Two minutes later I get a call back stating they could do it for the original price and found a tool that could get them off. I said I’ll just go with the oil change and that’s it. Isaiah was my service rep and should be fired in my opinion on top of feeling like I was getting robbed . He was rude and very unprofessional on the phone and very dismissive in person . Stay far clear of this place and it’s workers.

Dropped my car off on Saturday morning. I was going out of town and told the shop they can hold it over to Monday, if necessary. I call them late Monday to check on the status of the car. They said the tech I was working with called out and nobody knew what had been done to the car. I was promised a call back. I had to call them back an hour later and received excuses for being short staffed and the tech calling out. I asked what I should expect today and was told a call by 8:00am. I received no call and had to call them again.I was told by James he would have to figure out what had been done yesterday while he was out. He said he’d call in 15 minutes. I received a call an hour later and was given the impression nothing had been done to that point. All this for a diagnostic test, oil change and tire balance. For my patience, they changed a break light at no cost. 😐

Been going to Service Street at Powers and North Carefree since they opened. They’ve always done great work, they’re honest, reliable and it’s one of the only auto shops I don’t feel alienated by when I go. They fill you in on what they did and how it will affect you. Would recommend the 5-pack for oil changes and would recommend service street to all my friends and family.
