Think about being 70+ years of age, female, widow, new to Colorado, no friends or family. Now think her car breaks down. Maybe your Mom or Grandma...? I saved an ad found in a ‘Value Pac’ mailer putting it my just-in-case-place, promptly forgetting it. A stranger I was chatting with mentioned his experience with Service Street. Hmmm, I say, sounds familiar! I was asked for a Review, not an editorial, so I’ll call this a Tribute! Michelle is the new General Manager & I obvious don’t know her predecessor. She made me feel welcome immediately, explained everything, gave me comfortable options re; work, time, and cost. I RECOMMEND SERVICE STREET WITH THE HIGHEST IF CONFIDENCE.

My car smelled like oil for a long time after my service.

We had suspension problem on the back end of our car and didn't know what the issue was. All we knew was that whenever we hit any uneven road, the back end would rattle and bounce about. Quite frustrating. I set an online appointment with Service Street the night before and took it in. When all was said and done, we had the car back a few hours later with new shocks and it drove like new again. Service Street was professional, super friendly and quick to get the car back to us.

Went in for an oil change they did try to upsell me on a few items; what I did like was the fact that the tech took me out into the shop to show me an issue under my car so I added that to the bill but I did not need everything else that manager/front person was trying to sell.

This shop is not even worthy of one star. 2nd time they forgot to put a oil cap on. Last oil change thay Did not put the seal on the drain plug lost a quart of oil in 2 days. On my h3 hummer they forgot to tighten down the bolts for skidplate it came off in the middle of powers driving home This location has multiple problems I am done going there I highly recommend nobody goes there unless you want major problems with your vehicle . They constantly say a brand new engine is leaking oil in spots Which is not the case. by the way they went to go replace a air Filter and never put it in the truck I went until next Oil change to find out the air filter was not in place so check your vehicles thoroughly after going to the shop. Worst shop ever

Every time I talked to then the price to fix my truck was always different so I went somewhere else

Had a oil change and power steering flush went in again 3 months latter for a oil change and was told I need a power staring flush. Hope they did it the first time it was not on there records

Very, very, very impressed with Service King. Michelle and the whole crew did a great job of servicing my car. They’re pros and clearly explained all my options to me. No surprises! Great service, reasonable prices and a very comfy waiting room. Service King is my new home for car service.

Quick accommodation for a last minute request for an oil change. Friendly and helpful staff.
