Most people just want a good mechanic at a decent price. No one likes to be fooled or tricked, and that's what happened. Went in with one of their $54 coupons for a full synthetic oil change. Ended paying $81. Most I've ever paid for synthetic oil change. Here's the kicker, I had a small oil leak and was told they need to replace the whole engine oil cooler for $600. Normally it could be a loose center bolt or the old "O" ring needing replaced. Which would take 15-20 minutes to fix. Of course I declined.
