Extremely poor management! I took a new card to get the oil changed, and they couldn’t find the oil filter anywhere in town. After waiting several hours, not getting the oil changed and being late for work the manager told me if I didn’t like the wait he would just take my car off the car lift. Will never do business there again!

Everything about this place was amazing. From the service to the actual service on my vehicle. They are reasonably priced and will help you any way they can. I’ll definitely continue to use this shop.

Well let's see I had my vehicle in of July of 2017 to have the whole front end redone made sure fix anything wrong don't care what it takes driving down the broad other day and front drivers wheel is going crazy come to find out they didn't tighten bolts down when they did front end alignment. So I take it back to get realigned and bolts tighten down they said they would make it up. Well I spent almost 2000 dollars in July. They now say ball joint is out on passenger side most likely due to alignment slipping and straining it on that side. They say they can't align it unless its replaced. Guess how much they want to charge 2200 hundred dollars I said no. Due to the fact someone warned me it might have done that when wheel broke loose. I had priced ball joints upper and lower for both side is only 300 dollars. These people are scammers and thrives don't honor there work or have customer service. Guy who runs place would even come give me the quote sent out a peeon to do it and hide in back till I left. Don't use these people trust me.

Office attendant was courteous and knowledgeable. I used a coupon which was promptly taken and applied. The oil change was done within 30 minutes as I waited in a clean and pleasant room. When my car was done a gentleman called me and checked me out. The mechanic who changed the oil also came out and gave me his technical update. He was a very nice gentleman and genuinely seemed to care for the car and my experience. Great job! I will be back!

Just showed up for my scheduled appointment first thing in the morning in the heavy snow. No one else was there. They said that they could not honor my appointment because there was no room due to the bays being full of disassembled vehicles. They offered to reschedule with just a $5 discount for the inconvenience, which was definitely not enough for risking my safety in the snow and the time wasted this morning. Not honoring a scheduled appointment demonstrates poor management and staff training. If I cannot trust that my appointment be honored, how can I trust any of the work they would have done. I would recommend making the effort to call your customers in advance if you have to cancel their appointment because doing so without telling them is unacceptable. Extremely disappointing first impression. Would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
