Having just moved here from Texas and needing to find a mechanic quickly, we had our car serviced here. The staff and everyone was great - Thank you so much for the service!

So I called them yesterday morning to make an appointment the guy says I don't need one just come on in I said OK I'll be there in 2 1/2 minutes I live very close I get there tuna half minutes later and he says we should be able to get you in for your oil change in an hour and a half I said I was just on the phone with you and you said I didn't need an appointment to come on and he just looked at me and said have a nice day I went back to Jiffy Lube

Thank you for taking the time to point out personnel issues affecting our business. We want to be #1 when it comes to customer service and clearly we are missing the mark. What you experienced is not acceptable and we are working to correct it ASAP.

Service street always does us good when me and my husband take our cars in! Their customer service is awesome and so is the actual car service! Alex is my go to guy there! He assures anybody and everybody is taken care of. Did I mention they will also drive you home and pick you up while your car is getting worked on?! Awesome, i know! 👍🏼👍🏼
