I went for oil change. They supposed to check air tires, fluids, and other things (it came with the packages)but they changed only the oil. One of my tires need air, they said they did but they didn't. They said that they put washer fluid and other fluid, not true. I checked was the same level as the beginning. I needed to wait 45 minutes. I had an appointment. I thought it was going to be better but I am disappointed. I don't think I will come back. They charge a good price but they don't do all the job that they supposed to it.

I brought my car in as the result of a false claim from a Subaru dealer of an oil leak. Turned out to be a worn CV axle. During the repair, they unfortunately damaged a part associated with the wheel hub. They recognized and owned the situation, took care of a rental car so I had a way to get around, and shuttled to and from their shop. Joe was terrific as was the store manager.

Took my car in to give them a try. They sold me on a $130 diagnosis. Called me before it was complete to pitch me on $400 that “needed to be done” before they could finish the diagnosis. Finally pitched me on $311 to change my spark plugs. Got the exact same service done across the street for $118. Service Street is not a street I ever want to end up on again!

I had been to this location about 2 years ago and was not impressed. I felt it was over priced and the all they cared about was how much money they could get out of me. I found myself back there when I heard they had a new manager. Deanna is wonderful. She really cares about you as a person and will work with you for what is best for you. I never feel like she or her staff is trying to get me to buy things that I do not need. She never pushes that all repairs be made at once, instead she will help me prioritize the work so the I can afford what my car needs. I would, and do, recommend this location to anyone how has a car repair need or just needs general maintenance.
