Delivered vehicle without resetting “Change Engine Oil” indicater. Called it to their attention. After three techs and 15-20 minutes, told me I had a central computer malfunction. Took it back to dealership. They reset the indicator promptly and properly. Then discovered Service Street had reset all of the electronics in the vehicle. Not satisfied or happy. Tired of them attempting to sell additional services and not doing what they were supposed to.

They were able to get me in quickly, were very polite and a great price with their package option.

Extremely poor management! I took a new card to get the oil changed, and they couldn’t find the oil filter anywhere in town. After waiting several hours, not getting the oil changed and being late for work the manager told me if I didn’t like the wait he would just take my car off the car lift. Will never do business there again!

Everything about this place was amazing. From the service to the actual service on my vehicle. They are reasonably priced and will help you any way they can. I’ll definitely continue to use this shop.

It was my first visit to Service Street and I was very happy with the service and facility. The waiting room is nice and the the whole facility is clean. It’s nice being able to look through the glass a see the guys working on the vehicles.

I arranged to bring my car in when they had parts. I was told they had them and to bring it in. My car sat there all day, didn’t get serviced. Frustrating.
