Great, quality, professional auto service business, based on honesty and integrity. Recently, I bought a SUV from a private party and called to inquire on getting a diagnostic completed. The employee accidentally underquoted myself the incorrect cost of the service. When I arrived for my appointment the employee at the front desk honored the substantially underquoted cost for the service. In addition, Service Street did an excellent job, and I will be using them for my future automotive needs. Thank you.

Told them I needed a quote on a wheel bearing replacement. Wouldn’t give me a quote until their technician diagnosed it. Waited an hour for them to diagnose it was indeed a wheel bearing then quoted me $900. Called several other shops including Parker Automotive, JD auto and Toy Car Care who all quoted me $600-700 range.

Extremely unprofessional & very poor quality work. They did not keep their promise of when the work would be finished nor did they give an accurate quote. Communication was very poor. I went out on three occasions to pick up my car when they said it was ready. Each time, they made a mistake and the car was not ready. I still had problems with my cars electronics after completion and waited again for several hours for them to “work out the bugs”. This auto garage is a mess of old cars filling every parking spot and alleyway, making it extremely difficult for customers to get in and out. Please don’t waste your time and money using Service Street Auto Repair.

First of all Manager was in his phone most of the time and unprofessional, Second of all never was it explain to me that the package that my family had was basic oil changes, they make an appointment an I come and there all nice and then tell me the synthetic oil doesn’t come in package after it’s all said and done!! Why couldn’t that be communicated in the first place when I clearly asked if synthetic oil was part of that deal, who ever I spoke with on the phone with was not paying attention, manager or who ever the guy was not professional. Front desk needs better training!

Great people work here. Went in with a battery problem and suspected alternator problem. They checked the alternator and it was fine. It would have been easy to push for a new one but they are credible and professional.
