Great, quality, professional auto business, based on honesty and integrity. Recently, I bought a new SUV from a private party and called to inquire on getting a diagnostic completed. The employee accidentally underquoted myself the incorrect cost of the service. When I arrived for my appointment the employee at the front desk honored the substantially underquoted cost for the service. In addition, Service Street did an excellent job, and I will be using them for my future automotive needs. Thank you

It was a difficult job. Started as a air conditioning re-charge then progressed to finding a severed or damaged wire from dash to the cooling unit! I almost bailed but they Talked me through it with good advice. Found that a rodent had eaten through several wires in the inner hood of the right front passenger side. They fixed all the wiring and did it a timely manner. Very professional crew and I’ll definitely go back!

needed a fuel pump replacement. called the warranty for me took care of everything and had my truck ready same day. great warranty also on parts. overall great business and would recommend and take my vehicle there again.

Service was nice enough, but honestly I would have felt a lot more comfortable if the two employees working the front desks had been wearing masks. As someone who has to be extra careful with my health during the pandemic it would have made me feel a lot more at ease.

Called to schedule an appointment twice. They've asked me for my vehicle info - make, model, etc. I provided all the info twice, just to show up at the shop and learn that my model and year Mercedes is not in their system for alignment job. Wasted my time! Come on, 2018 model not in your system? Seems like they have limited options and prices were higher than Midas. Don't recommend!
