Needed a quick repair before heading out of town and they got me in. Kept the defective parts to show me the problem. Fix cost right on the estimate.

I have 3 trucks and 2 of which they have worked on so far. We have plans in the near future with my 3rd truck. This place is fantastic. I drive an hour out of my way just to go to them. They cover everything from custom vehicles to diesels.

I came in to see what was happening with my vehicle and why it was leaking coolant. When they diagnosed the situation as a faulty water pump, I realized the fix was way out of my budget for this car, and it would be prudent to buy another one instead. They didn't charge me a dime for the inspection, and they were gracious and understanding of my situation. I appreciated their dealings with me, and I feel confident that they are a place that will treat you right, no matter the situation you are facing with your vehicle.

Service Street doesn't try to sell you on repairs you don't need. They compliment me on the way I take care of my vehicle. You don't get that kind of service anywhere else!

Got my brakes worked on here most recently. I come here often for maintenance and repair. I've been pleased so far.

I am going on a road trip; just a woman and her 2 teens. I had Service Street take an overall look at my car, to see if it looks safe enough to take on a 12 hour trip. I was expecting some sort of bill, but it was on the house. Wow! Just wow! Thank you Service Street!

They flat out lied and over charged. AC stopped blowing cold air and my pressure gauge said it was too high and to get it serviced. Called service street Telling them I think my compressor is bad and they said it was $179 flat rate to evacuate the system and recharge it which is the first step. I said, “great! How much to diagnose the issue.” They said they would figure out the issue for free beyond the $179 so I was pumped. They did the evac and recharge and told me it had 4 pounds of refrigerant when my truck takes less than 2 and to bring it back so they could see where the dye they added was leaking. If it was leaking, how was there way too much refrigerant when only a professional had charged it 2 years prior. I did bring it back and they charged me for another hour at $175 plus fees. That’s not a free diagnostic. Called again after I got home from paying the additional hour because I felt taken advantage of. The GM told me he was certain no one on the phone would promise me free diagnostic and he would listen to the recorded call and call me back. It’s been 2 weeks and no call back. On the phone, he tried saying they had my truck on the lift for 5 hours when they only had it in their possession for about 3 total. He then admitted they only had it on the lift for less than 2 hours. This shop is shady and I recommend against them, especially if you don’t know much about cars.

From the moment I walked in the door I found the front desk person to be very aggressive. He seemed particularly annoyed that I was wearing a mask. None of their employees were incidentally. They quoted $1,300 in repairs which may or may not be accurate. I said I was going to get a second opinion and this same man was gruff again and practically threw the estimate at me, which included no $. I would have gone back to them if the second opinion agreed with them, but not now. I’ll gladly give my $1,300 to someone else.

Free diagnoses??? Nothing is free. They will find a way to charge. I took my car in told them what was wrong and they still charged me for a free pressure test. Then he quoted me a price for the pressure test on the phone but when I got there he up charged me because he didn't know the price. Lastly the price they wanted to charge me is higher than the Mercedes dealer. Go figure. Before u pay this shop get quotes.

I got an oil change and bought their 5 oil change deal on May 23, 2020. Today is July 5 and my oil is black and very thin. Today I did my oil change because my engine was knocking and when drained the oil it came out like water. Also as a part of that deal they were supposed rotate my tires....that didnt happen either. I have 3 more oil changes on my deal and you can best believe I will be checking. If the same thing happens again they will never get my business!!!!
