First time bringing my car here and it was great service and a pleasant experience

Went in for an alignment and oil change. It turned out that I had more than just an alignment tissue. Doug and the mechanics were very quick at letting me know the issues but they also showed me and explained why the problems need to be fixed immediately. Doug made sure that I got home and back via Lyft and my car was finished way before the end of the day. I will definitely be back. Thanks for keeping my vehicle safe and drivable.

Really happy with the work these people do. They genuinely want to do what's best for you and your vehicle. They don't try to push and sell you a ton of unnecessary work on you. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I'm giving this a 5 star rating because a last minute change on my behalf still got done before they closed. Got up Monday morning and didn't make it 10ft. Down the road.. Fuel pump went out. Made some calls to work and Auto shop's...ram dealer ECT. Service street was the only place I could get into last minute...they arranged a tow and we dealt with all billing by secured emails. Last add of an oil change as I forgot to tell them early. Still got me done before closing... awesome that means I didn't have to miss another day of work 7am to 7pm great hours They were great to deal with and very professional...they 5 stars from me..guess we'll see if that service continues Thank you guys...should have brought you some cold beer for a job well done🍻✌

Been using Service Street since they opened. I have 5 vehicles. They are a great neighborhood service center. I like that they will do things that other places won't.This is great if you like to do some of your own vehicle maintenance and need something like a bearing pressed or AC drained and filled later. If I find a sale price somewhere else they price match it. They have the best alignment guy out there. My 20yr old Cherokee has never driven so smooth. They take care of you...

Had some issues with my car and PJ the shop manager helped out a lot and ensured my car was fixed and now it’s running in too form.

Excellent service and well priced. Friendly staff. Did all my repairs quickly.
