I walked in sight unseen no appointment with some inspection issues. Nathan did an amazing, honest job of walking me then through it all, did what was needed and I’m very fortunate. Very unprofessional service. They charged us $70 to recommend a bunch of unnecessary services. They said we needed new breaks and the breaks have just been replaces about a week before we went into service street. We took their suggestions of many different things to another professional mechanic in the area and the other mechanic said not a single service recomended by service street was nneeded. We took it in for an oil change and paid $70.00 for the list of stuff and no oil change. The manager called and screemed at my husband over the phone as well, so very unprofessional to say the least. Not competent at all.

Called in, made an appointment for an oil change. They went over any maintenance that I need to know for the future. Very friendly staff and will use Service Street again for my cars

Went in to inquire about rotating winter tires to summer tires. They said we can do it for $20!!!! Took ‘em up on it and they had me completed in 15-20 min. Great team and ready to serve at a REASONABLE price. Discount Tires wants almost $70 to do the same thing???? Thanks Service Street Team!

We recently had an issue with a fuel line leak on our Honda CRV. They had to drop the fuel tank to determine the source and it was going to cost us about $400 to $500. It turned out that the leak was coming from the fuel pump that they had installed a few months prior. The job was then covered under warranty. I have to shout out that this shows great integrity and honesty on the part of service street and their staff. They could have easily lied about the cause. Great respect and appreciation for them! In these times it’s good to know there are decent companies out there you can trust.

TJ helped me and I saved hundreds of dollars. Honest and a pleasure to deal with!
