I like the friendliness and professionalism shown at this Service Street station. I found the price was very reasonable for the oil change I received. And, although I did not make an appointment, they were able to get me in without a super long wait. Exceeded my expectations.

Had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. It took over 2 hours.

I used to feel pretty comfortable bringing my car here. After the two most recent services however my feelings have done a complete 180. I almost lost my front right wheel driving yesterday because the lug nuts were not correctly torqued down. Imagine going to this place for a simple oil change and tire rotation then leaving and your wheels just falling off. A simple maintenance at this shop can become over thousands of dollars of work and it has happened to me twice. I will never return to the shop and I hope others can learn from my mistakes.

Sam and the crew do a good job taking care of many of my cars. They get me in and out for oil changes and rotate my tires at the same time, which saves me time from making a separate trip. They let me know when there is additional needs the car has so I can keep my cars running in tip top shape. Thank you all!

Just picked up Carr and Matthew the customer service rep was excellent. They did leave the floor mats dirty but when I pointed it out or apologized and clean them. Took a little longer than I wanted but overall a good experience.

Veteran friendly. Decided to take advantage of their coupon for AC service. Very glad I did. Nate was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Love that they are open till 7p on a Saturday 😮
