Service street has done work 3 times on my car this last time was 12 days ago I had an issue because i asked the technician to check the voltage on the 02 sensors to insure it really needed new 02 sensor because i had replaced them my self 6 weeks prior but same code came up i was told they had checked and the sensors i used were not a quality product so they replaced the sensors again well 5 days ago while traveling the same code was given again so hopefully on Wednesday when i get back to town they can replace or repair the real problem not impressed with recent service but well see what happens next

Wonderful customer service, very timely. Replaced my wheel bearing hub assembly on a big truck and one afternoon. The only reason I Give five stars was the customer service. Area was clean. They answer their phones. They’re not cheap, but I felt taken care of.

Really good service car was done early.

I’ve had this place do a simple tune up (replace spark plugs, wires, air filter, etc.) and the price was fine. It took longer than expected, but price was reasonable. I took my car back because I’ve had a small coolant leak. They called to inform me that my thermostat housing was leaking, and requested a replacement. $550 to do that. I told them no, paid $109 for the diagnostic fee. I bought a thermostat housing from AutoZone ($70), it comes with a thermostat and all necessary parts. It took me 45 minutes to replace it myself. I am not the most mechanically gifted person by any means either. Service Street said that they charge somewhere around $90 to $120 per hour for labor, can’t recall exactly. But where they came up with $550 to replace a $70 part and 45 minutes of labor is beyond me. Grease Monkey told me they would replace it AND do a coolant flush for $250.

This is my go to shop. The guys are (mostly) super personable. And they are always quick and thorough. I think Sean spent about 90% of his week trying to help me. Even on his break once. (Sorry again, buddy! Lol) But I sure do love these guys.
