Very organized. Amazing service all around. Professional atmosphere but not with a corporate sensibility. Top notch mechanics with the ability to explain in lamens terms what problems your faced with. They are a very educated and THOUGHTFUL team of mechanics ,they get the job(s) done throughly and with a sence of urgency. There is a large and comfortable waiting area with ample elbow room so you dont feel as if your stuck at the D.M.V. They dont try to inflate the repair cost with labour or parts. In conclusion this is on my top 5 lists of mechanic shops in all aspects.

Came in set an appointment the day before. Showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time, was told it was going to be 2 hours. What's the point of an appointment? I was quoted 80 something dollars. When they finally got to working on my vehicle the service advisor comes in to the waiting area and tells me he didn't realize it was a diesel so it's going to require more oil I said that's fine. then I go to pay for my service after it's completed and he tells me the bill is $276. I told him he is crazy and that my last visit was $140. I will not be returning to service Street.

The service here was amazing!! I was kept up to date with all the progress of my vehicle the time it was there. They had my car in and out it’s incredible time! I am absolutely bringing my car back for future repairs or maintenance. Good work!

Communication was proper, using text was ideal for me as it’s easier for me while at work. Price was around what I was expecting so there was surprise there. After work was completed I was able to speak with the tech who worked on my car for some follow up Q&A. As busy as he was he took time to address my concerns and was professional. Normally I do my own work but i was in a time crunch and needed the job done faster than what I could have produced. Nice environment, thorough employees with customer service skills to make you feel comfortable and the peace of mind knowing the techs weren’t out to fish more work for a higher bill.
