Went in for a tire rotation and oil change. I had just bought a used car and wanted to have a fresh start. They noticed the CV axels were pretty damaged so I had those replaced. All done in a few hours. Friendly staff. Will go back for more work.

Rick was very helpful getting my son's car back on the road. Rick was very thorough explaining everything that needed repaired and took the time to answer my questions.Rick's timeline to have the repairs completed was spot on with the day it was completed.

Terrible service. Even worse customer Service. If I could give zero stars I would. So sad the way Service providers treat customers.

Unfortunately, my daughter's 2014 Jeep Compass is making the same engine noise after leaving the vehicle there for 2 days and paying close to $500 to fix it. We will take the Jeep to a Carmax dealer since we have an extended warranty with them.

I have Ben going to this location for a few years and I always receive the best service from these guys. TJ and his team are friendly and knowledgeable, as we tend to expect, but these guys go the extra mile. I moved to a new home last year that is a considerable distance from the Thornton location but make the trek because it’s worth it! Thank you!
