As a female, I'm comfortable and confident with the top notch service I receive at Service Street.

Went above and beyond for me. It was fast and friendly service.

Made an appt for 5pm. Showed up at 3:45 just in case they could work me in earlier. Car actually did not get in until 5:40. Also, this was the second time they tried to sell me a service that is unnecessary, in spite of showing them my documentation that this service was already performed at their facility a few visits ago. Otherwise, the staff are fairly friendly. Prices are moderate.

Great service! Called for an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and they were able to get me in quickly. The service was done within an hour and they use text notifications so you are alerted as soon as it’s done. Staff was friendly and price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back.

Fantastic service and super fast!

Service Street is a great company to take your vehicle for service, they handle it all from major to minor repairs. The staff is awesome, the GM T.J is always on top making sure that the work gets done efficiently and timely. Thanks Service Street Staff for all you do, keep up the excellent service.

DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR VEHICLES!! My family has taken our vehicles solely to Service Street for many years, for minor maintenance as they are close, their prices seemed reasonable and we felt they were always honest and treated us well. But lately my experiences with Service Street have not be the best. First, my grandmother took her car in to have the brakes worked on. When she left after having paid for the work, she was still having the same issues. She took it back and found out that the brakes were never worked on to begin with. Strike 1. I have a 2004 Honda Accord that I bought from my parents who bought it brand new, so we know that it has been maintained very well. I took it in about a month ago for an oil change and upon picking it up I was told that the valve covers were now leaking. Neither my dad nor I have never had a problem with an oil leak on this car, at all, EVER!! Seemed very strange to me but oh well. Strike 2. I recently took my 2016 Honda Pilot in for a simple oil change. They didn’t call when the oil change was done. I had to call them and was told “it had been done an hour ago.” When I showed up, both front windows were left down. When I told the guy inside, he said “Oh sorry. I don’t know why they would do that.” It’s a good thing the weather was nice that day and it didn’t rain and did not leave any valuables inside. I took the car in about 5 days ago and since then the car has developed a leak. It maybe spillage or over flow but very coincidental that the first time they work on this vehicle for me, it develops a leak. Strike 3. You’re out! My family will not be giving any more of our business to Service Street as they are no longer dependable to do a respectable job. I wish I could give them zero stars.
