Even before getting my car to Service Street they were extremely helpful. My car would not start and I could not get it to shlft into neutral. I called Service Street and they walked me through how to override the shifting mechanism. When I finally got my car to the shop they were friendly, quick, and reasonably priced. I will be coming back.

This is the first time I have needed service to my car since the purchase. I am single and on a tight budget. Tom has taken care of not only the car with a way more than fair price but made sure I understood what my options were. Tom got me a ride home and picked up when the service was completed.
