On road trip from southeast Kansas to Ablany Oregon. Arrived at 6 with a melted brake caliper. Stayed late to help and make sure we were safe to continue. Would 100% recommend. We tried everywhere around an nowhere could help but them. Great guys! Great service!

These guys are amazing. Thought I might have an alternator problem and these guys took time to preform multiple test on the car to determine what might be the problem. I will definitely be taking all my car repair business to Service Street.

Called in for oil change manager said should bring it in there’s no wait. After 10 min waiting they pull in the car I can see that the young man can’t figure out how to open the hood so I explain to him how to open it he then asked another technician something and his reply was I don’t work on German cars.so when the kid try’s to open the lid on the valve cover he burns his hand I said well it’s a metal cap he then raises the car drains the oil and removes the old filter then try’s to put the new one on and can’t. I can see a lot of grease and debree on the gasket and asked if he would clean it off before he try’s again long story short this poor kid had absolutely no help or proper training and to his defense the car is an older BMW 1985. finally after one of the managers seen me poking my head in and out trying to help they asked me to leave the Bay Area I personally worked for sears auto center years ago and felt for this kid. I have had bad experiences from here before and it eventually gets corrected but this might be my last. This whole process took over an hour and a half.

Wrote last review when I was upset about the state of the car. Service Street was always very friendly, helpful, and they even worked hard to help us get the license plates off of the car before it was towed. I think the state of my car was just unfortunate circumstances.

Very good services and friendly. they help change oil for my Honda Fit. very awesome staff.
