In and out in a flash. My car needed the 60k mile servicing along with an oil change.

The folks working here are always very kind and accommodating.

The worst ever. Called first said no wait!!!! 1 1/2 hours later was told they sent someone to pick up oil filter. They never told me. If l knew they didn't have the right filter for a standard oil change l would have left. I was suppose to pick up a hot lunch for a 90 yr. Old at noon. I got to service street at 11:00. Still there at 12:30. I can't believe l was even charged. I will put this on social media and next door. I would never return!!

The entire team here is excellent, from front desk to the techs. Wnt in for an oil change and was done in about 20 minutes and that's including their vehicle inspection that they do while they have it on the lift. All in all this is one of the best shops I've been to to take care of my baby!

Jake was our technician. He ran a thorough diagnostic test on an issue We brought up as a concern when dropping our car off. When when they were not able to replicate the issue, they did not charge us for any labor. They asked if the issue did arise again that we come back for more testing. We most will, and they have our business for life.

We're visiting from Houston, TX ended up having issues with our vehicle right before getting to our destination, stopped by Service Street, it was a very long wait because of the issue but regardless very friendly service from the staff and Deanna as well, thank you for taking care of us, guys!!!
