The guys seemed nice but total rip off on their pricing. I called telling them I needed a new battery, they charged $30 just to check my battery. Then they agreed it was the battery and tried to charge me $250 for a new one! I declined and said I’d go somewhere else and they still made me pay $30 just for plugging in the battery for 1min which wasn’t needed. Wasted time and money, went across the street to Advanced Auto Parts and spent $160 for the same battery and warranty and free install. Usually would have gone there first but thought they weren’t installing due to COVID...lesson learned.

We recently had an issue with a fuel line leak on our Honda CRV. They had to drop the fuel tank to determine the source and it was going to cost us about $400 to $500. It turned out that the leak was coming from the fuel pump that they had installed a few months prior. The job was then covered under warranty. I have to shout out that this shows great integrity and honesty on the part of service street and their staff. They could have easily lied about the cause. Great respect and appreciation for them! In these times it’s good to know there are decent companies out there you can trust.

No masks by employees or anyone waiting for their cars to be serviced. Cordial employees.

Terrible experience. Took no accountability for ruining our car. Look at their Yelp reviews for more accurate and balanced reviews with an average of 2 stars - not to mention the dozens of 1 star reviews that Yelp's algorithm doesn't include but should since it's so clear you'll see a pattern of the same bad behaviors. HUGE, EXPENSIVE REGRET. EDIT: ...and then the owners write a note here and NEVER reached out or tried to resolve it. How do you live with your conscience?

The staff is extremely nice. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They were knowledgeable about their services and even gave time frame recommendations for needed services. Thank for making this trip easy.

I drive 30 minutes out of my way just to go here! I trust them with the safety of my vehicle! They are like family how they care about my safety and not having to spend a fortune to have to do it! They replaced my old tires and an axle that was about to fall out! They even take the car for a long test drive after the work is done to make sure everything is working properly! I wouldn't go anywhere else for work on my vehicle! Also Diana at the front desk is friendly and makes you feel like family!

This place has good customer service but very outrageous prices...twice more than other places for the same job.
