I can not tell you how WONDERFUL my experience was!! My car lost all dashboard lights while I was taking 2 little girls to school this morning... so I called my daughter who the googled a Mechanic close to me & she found Service Street Auto Repair. She gave them a quick call & told them my situation & Matthew said for me to come right in. I was there for less than an hour, waiting in their waiting room with a warm cup of coffee while they diagnosed my car. They were able to fix my problem & get me on my way, all in less than 45 minutes & to top it all off ... it was FREE!!! I will go back to them from now on with all my cars & please call them first if you need a car serviced!! They are awesome ❣️ Many thanks to Matthew & the Auto Mechanics!! You guys ROCK

Great job Service Street! They fixed a problem created by my dealership and they did it promptly, with great customer service... and oh yeah, it was a simple fix so they did it at no cost! Tough to beat!

Broke down by their store. Electrical issue. Was told it was battery and alternator. Good service from lady at counter. Told alternator was $479. Looked it up cost at Autozone $198. I'm cool with profit but over 100% markup for parts????? Very disappointed called two other shops asked for price over $190 cheaper at their rates. Be very careful with these guys. Try Christian Brothers automotive gave best price without knowing what I was paying here. Needed job done then so paid ridiculous price.

Great customer service every time I visit. Service Street does text alerts if they run into any additional service items and text you to let you know when your car is ready for pickup. They tend to be busy, so schedule an appointment if you are tight on time on any given day. Highly recommend!
