Disregard any negative reviews here! These guys are awesome! They got me right in for a gasoline leak and fixed my car the same day. The employees were SO FRIENDLY! They totally took care of us. They even applied a coupon to help out with the cost. I totally will be recommending them to everyone. Great service....fair prices! I will be back for the next car service I need! Very Impressed

It was a very unprofessional experience. Booked time a couple of days prior to change tires, closed at work earlier to get there on time when the guy at reception told me they can't change tires as they are quite busy. On my question what was the point me making an appointment then answered that I should keep in mind that they deal with "walk in" business and there are few others ahead of me, unless I want his team to stay till 8pm (so I felt that moral pressure...) he can take the job, but still doesnt gurantee it will be ready till next day which was forecasted to be snowy. I was ok paying a bit extra to support local guys, but didnt feel this service trusted any longer after such attitude.

I appreciate their friendly and professional service, their clean waiting room and willingness to shuttle customers to and from home when needed. I've gone here several times, and even though it had been over a year since I'd been in (and showed up in a different car), they knew my name. I like knowing you can still get personal, quality service in our not-so-small-town.

Super quick, professional, and affordable. They did leave a bit of residual oil which later dripped onto my driveway. I'll definitely be a repeat customer

I took my Subaru in to get an axle seal replaced. They installed it incorrectly by over tightening the retainer which overloaded the bearing which fried my tranny. It was a real hack job. They ruined the retainer and used RTV which shows they have no clue whatsoever. DO NOT GO HERE. Theres better places like Keller or others

Service is fair, honest, and not pushy. I have often been intimidated in the past when I had to take my cars in to other centers but Service Street is never pushy and, when possible, has actually shown me any issues that are present instead of just telling me about them. Additionally, in a recent visit, it was recommended that several repairs be made. We took our car in for a second opinion at another garage and found that service street beat their price too! At our last visit our daughter took the car in for us. Anthony was the service tech. During the oil change he mentioned that he had noticed the fuel filter was leaking. He offered to have her bring the car back in and have it checked for free to make sure it had not started leaking again. We appreciated the extra effort he made!

I am so pleased with the service I received at Service Street. They addressed the issue my car was having and had my car back to me the same day. They didn't charge me for unnecessary service, which has happened to me at a few different places in Parker. I'll be back next time my car needs any kind of check up or service. Thanks again!
