These guys are the best! I have been going to them for 2 to 3 years now and each time I contact them I find they are better to me. For example about a year ago I had a flat due to a roofing nail and they saw I had a history with my 99 durango so they simply said "no charge" I was so shocked I just handed the guy 20 bucks and said thank you. recently i had called on a light that was appearing on the dash and they were able to help me over the phone. They try to help their customers rather than simply drain their wallets. UPDATE: 4 years later and i love these guys! no problems with any of my vehicles and when i get oil changed they check things and let me know if anything might be due. no problems and i am happy with their service still!

I brought my 2011 Ford Escape to Service Street after experiencing a complete A/C system failure just days before a cross-country road trip. Service street bent over backwards to work with my service warranty to get my repair completely covered and have my car back to me as quickly as possible. Through the process they were honest, easy to communicate with, and I always felt like they were in my corner trying their best to help me out. As a student with not much money to spare, I cannot thank them enough. I will be bringing my car back to this location from now on and would recommend their services to anyone.

Love the crew, always willing to help, well rounded shop! They work on my dailies as well as custom cars! Update (12/28/2017).. the crew I spoke of is no longer there and under new management, cannot speak to current staff!

My breaks still don’t work properly. I didn’t feel like I was given an honest description for the missed timelines. I do t feel like I received a fair value for the work and the costs paid. I will not be using your garage for future service. By the way, ive spent $1000.00+ in the last 6 months at youe shop.

This place is a joke. They scam everyone that walks in the door. They've destroyed 2 of my cars now and charged me insane amounts of money. If i could give them 0 stars I 100% would.

Hi Jessa, thank you for reaching out to us and letting us know we dropped the ball. We are truly sorry your experiences were not satisfactory. Rest assured we will address the matter internally, but we also want to make sure we have done everything in our hands to solve this problem.

Really wanted to like this place. But after bringing in a coupon for a $29.95 oil change, they charged me $76.36 after insisting my car required synthetic oil. Plus, with an appointment, it took over two hours to finish because they didn't have the right filter. Like I said, I really wanted to like this place, but can't go back. FOLLOW UP 2 days later..... Just noticed, without asking, they put one of those "preferred customer" tags on my key chain. NOT COOL!

Brenton, we want to apologize for the confusion we have caused you regarding your type of oil change. We also would like to apologize for the inconvenience of not having your particular oil filter in stock at the moment. Our ultimate goal here at Service Street is to provide our customer with an excellent experience. We appreciate your feedback and will work hard to tackle these issues. We were unable to locate you in our system, can you please provide us with more information so we may contact you?

I went to get a simple check up on my breaks and they told me that I needed to get my breaks done by the next oil change. They had quoted me for $555 to ONLY fix my front brakes. When I went to get a second opinion at Fairway Auto, they had told me that my brakes would last me about 10,000 more miles and quoted me for the same job of replacing my brakes for only $175! These people are not honest and definitely thought they could take advantage of me because I was probably a. Young and b. A woman. I don’t recommend anyone going there unless you want to pay up the ass.

We had a major problem after an oil change. We appreciate them assuming responsibility and taking care of the problem. The fix took several weeks to complete. The only criticism I would have is that they weren't very good with communicating the status of the repair. I had to call them every time except once to find out what was happening.

If I could give zero stars I would. We were loyal Service Street customers until we weren't .Service street performed a routine oil change on my car. I went home over the holiday weekend and parked on my driveway. As i drove away 2 days later i noticed a spot on my driveway - figured it was coolant and thought nothing of it. Later that night i parked in the garage. The next morning i woke up to an overwhelming smell of oil. My car was leaking oil. It leaked all over my garage and all over my driveway (and dripped all down my driveway). After reaching out to them they realized some cap was loose and my car was leaking oil. They corrected the error on my car right away but that didn't fix the problem of my driveway. They attempted to clean the driveway manually and also with a company, neither of which were able to remove the oil stain. When i told them i was still un-happy with not only the stain on our driveway but also now the weird "striping affect" the cleaning crew had left on our driveway she pretty much said "welp we've done all we can do". They ruined our driveway and tried to dodge out of the responsibility to fix it. I will not go here again and you better be careful on your next "routine oil check"
