I called early this AM b/c my dealer failed to pick up my call(s) after my hubs noticed a pool of oil on our brand new garage floor! I called and got Justin who listened and lent a sympathetic ear. It times out to be the dealer's tech mistake b/c the oil filter was not in tigh enough. Not only did the Service Street Tech fix it, he replaced the filter at no charge nor was I charged to even "look" at my vehicle! Who does this? No one but them apparently. I tipped the tech $20 and on my way - deep breath - sigh! We WILL BE BACK!!!!! Ty, Ty, Ty!!!! I'm in awe of their cust serv.

Great service...do exactly what they say they are going to do in a timely manner and for the price they quoted. Very friendly staff as well.

The negative reviews blow my mind, as I have been going there for over 5 years with nothing but positive experiences! I have a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has been in my family since my Grandmother bought it off the lot. Needless to say, it is an older car where things are slowly wearing out. The staff has always been courteous and knowledgeable, and they are the only reason my Jeep is running smoothly to this day. I appreciate that they identified problems that I had with my car, then explained the different risks of each problem so I could actually budget and prioritize what to work on. I have literally written probably 2 reviews in my life, and I had to write this one because those 1 star comments are bull. If you are the type of person that looks at people and judges them to be "scum and incompetent""right off the bat", your opinion is worth zero to me.

Chris and Joey were great they really took care of my wife and I. We had never been here and heard a few things but when we got here we were taken care of and the guys here are great we will definitely be back.

By far the best place to take your car for repairs. This is the only place we use ever. Great customer service and they really make use everything is running properly in the car

Easy to work these people. My original appt made online was at 9:00am and I could not make it there at that time, they graciously let me come a little bit later and got the oil change done very quickly. I would recommend.

These guys live up to their slogan!! The service was exceptional!!!! Great team!!! You don't find repair shops like this anymore. I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on.

Super quick, professional, and affordable. They did leave a bit of residual oil which later dripped onto my driveway. I'll definitely be a repeat customer

I've been going to service street for a few years now and have always had an excellent experience with staff. The quality of work from these guys is great and they always give you it straight forward with a fair price. No gimmicks, scams or additional add-ons I've seen at other shops. I would highly recommend using these guys for your service needs if you want to have the quality and fair treatment we all deserve.
