My husband and I got great service here. Our battery died and we needed to replace the alternator belt. They were quick, up front and even gave us a bit of a discount since my husband is a teaching assistant. Thanks guys!

Excellent experience. They are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They did everything they could to help me get back on the road. I live out of state but visit Denver yearly. This was the second time they serviced my vehicle. I would go back again without hesitation.

We are so glad we were able to help you out with exactly what you needed! We look forward to your next visit!

Excellent quick service and trusted expertise. I’ve been using Service Street for almost two years for both of our vehicles. They’re always friendly and helpful. I appreciate how they communicate issues and offer options. I’m not ignorant about auto repair and they’ve gained my confidence and trust with their recommendations and concerns. I also enjoy their five pack oil change, which averages out to $20 per oil change if no other issues come up.

Thank you for taking the time out of your schedule to share your opinion with other community members!

I have been going to Kerrie’s since 2016 (when I moved to AZ). They are very honest. I bring both my vehicles here, I tell them what I think and then they tell me what they think it is! They do not try to sell me anything else. Regardless of negative reviews, you really have to see for yourself. They stand by their work. If a problem occurs they fix it. And they will fit you in whenever you want to drop in. Whether it’s 7am before school drop off and 7pm after work! Thanks for everything you have done for both the White Expedition (lol-fun vehicle) and white Malibu. Thanks team!

It is so nice to hear your words of encouragement, appreciation, and praise. We want every single customer that walks through our doors to experience the same level of service. Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a nice review!

Got in, got out. They gave an estimate of future work I would need later in the year. Very helpful.

We really appreciate that you took the time to share details about your recent visit to our location!

I asked to know why battery was dying. They said would call when they could get it in. Called and said fixed. When I picked up the charge was almost $150.00. Never told me that was hourly charge to diagnose problem. I might have said ok or might have taken elsewhere. Not planning on returning to Service Street.

Communication is essential to a positive experience and we failed to communicate clearly. We are so sorry about that. Lack of communication is not what we strive for. Thank you for letting us know about this issue. We don't ever want our customers to feel blindsided by the services or fees that we give.

Typical mechanic shop that can and will charge you whatever they want for the work to be done because they know you aren't ASE certified and NEED Your car. I have been here a couple times for minor issues (oil changes, etc). However I sent my wife recently to get an estimate on a brake job. I know it's not suppose to happen, but I when women walk into any hardware or automotive store, I can practically see the dollar signs in the eyes of the clerk. The shop did an inspection and as you can imagine EVERYTHING needed to be replaced. I guess we got lucky that we came in when we did, because judging by the estimate the only thing stopping our car was a stiff breeze and maybe a hope and prayer. My wife called me with an $800 estimate for a brake job. After I picked the phone off the floor, I told her to run. Don't even get the car, forget the car, we can come back and get it later because your in the process of being robbed. They listed things like a hub service- our Nissan armada does not need a hub service for a break job. Maybe they though we had a 1988 4-runner, Easily mistaken. Of course the brakes were shot, the calipers were bad and needed to be replaced. (There was slight difference in pad wear from inside to outside, but nothing that a little lube on the slides wouldn't fix and nothing I would consider out of the ordinary). Oh yeah, the rotors needed to be replaced too because they were out of spec and couldn't be machined. Even though they have NEVER been machined before in their short lives. ( the auto parts store I ended up taking them to had no problem machining them.) In the end, I did the work myself and it all cost me about $75 in parts and 2 hours out of my day. The calipers were fine, the rotors got turned and were fine, and no magical hub service was performed. We also went to brakes plus for an estimate and it came back around $200 if that means anything. I'm pretty sure if I would have been out of town, my wife would have been taken for $800. I'm also pretty sure that if I was the one who brought the vehicle in, the estimate would have looked a lot different. In any case, we won't be going back, and won't be recommending them to anybody. Go ahead and take your chances. I'm not rich so I prefer not to pay 10 x the value for anything, but maybe that's just me.

Thank you for letting us know about this. Feedback helps us tackle issues and become a better business. From what we can see your experience was not reflective of our brand. We are really sorry for that. That is unacceptable. We want every customer to feel as though they are getting the services they need without feeling as though they are being robbed. We are truly sorry we did not provide you with the best possible experience. We will be contacting the staff involved and looking into what we can do to ensure that this does not happen again.
