Stripped my friends car of everything bbb has been notified and police called.

It saddens me to hear about your experience. We are very sorry to have failed you. No one should feel as though they did not receive the services they were promised. Wish I could leave a 0 star since they ruined my friends car & now they are out thousands of dollars

Don't take your car here, they'll make the situation worse.

If you want to get f***ed over this would be the place to go! 😒

It seems we had a disconnect and clearly dropped the ball. This is not reflective of our operational standards. We are beyond sorry your experience was not satisfactory. Our staff is looking into what happened and plan on resolving this issue.

WAY too expensive for an oil change and tire rotation!? $62. Nice people and they seem to do a good job, but wow!?!

Excellent quick service and trusted expertise. I’ve been using Service Street for almost two years for both of our vehicles. They’re always friendly and helpful. I appreciate how they communicate issues and offer options. I’m not ignorant about auto repair and they’ve gained my confidence and trust with their recommendations and concerns. I also enjoy their five pack oil change, which averages out to $20 per oil change if no other issues come up.

I dropped my car off and returned three hours later just to find out it had not been touched at all. I was told “oh we were just about to start on it, it will be twenty minutes.” But yet in the garage it was people standing around having social hour. I had one day to get this done this week and my time was completely wasted. I will not be coming back. Loads of coupons can’t fix bad service....

We are sad to hear we did not provide you with the best possible experience. Lack of focus, carelessness and indifference is not what we are known for.
