This Auto Repair exceed my expectation. they change the brakes and rutter on my BMW, their supplier gave them a defect piece, so they redid they repair right away and brought my car back to my house. They were very nice and very responsive. Also Yoshi was very good, you can see that he definitely knows what he is doing. find a good auto repair is not easy, I am then happy to have find one, so even if I leave in castle rock now I am sticking with them.

I have been a customer if Deanna and her crew for many years. I have never trusted a mechanic more than I do this group! They are honest, fair and do incredible quality work that they stand behind! I cannot reccomend them enough. They are more like friends than my mechanic. The best of the best!!

Always always always friendly and great service. Never a pressure to do unwanted repairs but always alerting you of things to monitor. The only reason I gave four stars and not five is sometimes I feel they overbook because they're always so busy. I know it's difficult to say no but I would rather be told they can't do it today then to bring it in and have a minor repair take all day because if I backed up they are. Otherwise this is by far the best neighborhood or Community Auto Service place that I've used in years.

I have been taking my cars here for 7 years. This Service Street is trustworthy and they done a great job of keeping my 15 year old Escape running with minimal issues. Deanna is an excellent manager.

Service Street is an amazing auto shop! It has the ability to care for basic and complex car complications in addition to tire purchases. The store manager and team go to great lengths for customers care. They are honest, professional, knowledgeable, and straight forward with communication. I will continue to recommend Service Street to anyone looking for an auto shop.

Service Street is always competent and reasonable when it comes to price. That seem to find a way to give you a break on the bill.

Not sure why I bothered to make an appt either time I took my daughter's car here. I made a 4:30pm appt for an oil change and the car was not ready till almost 7pm. Then, on their recommendation, I made another appt for a tie rod replacement which should have only take 2 hours. I made a 12:30pm appt, dropped it off at 12:30, asked how long it would take and was told it would be the next car in to be worked on. I replied great, because I need to leave by 3. I went to lunch with a friend and came back 2.5 hours later. It STILL had not even been touched. When asked what happened, I was simply told "I'm sorry, it will be the next up." I told Deanna thanks for nothing but it was 2:45 and I needed to leave. The prices may be cheaper but clearly, you get what you pay for. I will take my cars and my money and go somewhere else, if it gets my car worked on in a timely manner.

This Parker location always takes care of me very well. I have a variety of older cars and trucks that need service in a hurry usually. I am always pleased with my ability to make quick appointments, and the team's capable diagnosis, parts retrieval & service on even unusual items like windows stuck down... :) hence the emergency.. :) Give them a try for routine service or your odd needs!

Service Street is an excellent company. They are friendly and do an excellent job maintaining my car. They are very good at telling you what really needs to be fixed. Other car shops try to push all kinds of repairs on me. I feel they are an honest company.
