Always amazing. Been going to Service Street for 8 years and I will never go elsewhere. They do not nickel and dime you, or try to sell you on things that don’t need to be repaired. Sometimes they will just top off fluids or fill my tires for free!!! They truly care about customer loyalty. They are fairly priced and will always work around your schedule. Just absolutely love the team there. Highly recommended!!!!

I have used Service Street many times and with a few cars. I will never go back again. I'm discussed! I bought a pack of oil changes and had my daughter use my last one today . The bill should have been zero for the oil change was already paid for right? They pulled out a part, broke it and then charged me 140.00 for it. I have never written a negative review and wish I did not feel the need to do so now. Unfortunately, this is not the first time they have ripped me off. People don't be taken advantage of. Its worth going elsewhere.

They did an excellent job on the jeep i brought in

I brought my Audi in to get the battery replaced. They did a good job replacing the battery, had an appointment and they were very punctual. However when I got home they forgot to shut the hood all the way. When I was driving home the hood flipped up, not a good situation.

We always appreciate the honesty, where other shops are always trying to push unnecessary “repairs.” Thank you guys!

Issue with bill, resolved.

The good: they honored a warrantee that was not my own. I had bought a car from another party who had service down there. They installed the clutch at no charge to me. The bad: it took them eight days to do a one day job. In addition, they were not honest with you and letting me know how backed up they were and short staffed. They also told me that they would come pick me up to bring me back to my car since I didn’t have an additional vehicle. I ended up having to go get it myself.

The service was excellent as expected. I would like to commend Yoshi Horosha, one of the most courteous members of the team. He has been most helpful in the past. You should clone him for the creation of a great staff. One of the most knowledgeable and helpful employees I have ever encountered.

Yoshi took great care of us and saw that our Jeep was well taken of.
