First time in and they were great. I had a check engine light and they took care of it and, since it was an easier fix than anticipated, they took care of me. I'll be bringing it back next week for a needed maintenance repair but I'll be coming back for regular maintenance due to their great customer service.

Straightforward and upfront about time estimates, and then what all should happen after they've initially checked the vehicle over. No hidden anythings regarding costs of services rendered either! Overall, wonderful experience! Definitely will use Service Street again!

Great PR. Everyone was polite, respectful. Great job on my car. I certainly felt the difference as I drove home. Will return when my Rav 4 needs more work to be done. Very greatful for Service Street!

They seem to be upfront and honest. I’ve rarely had to use a auto repair business due to holding a certificate in auto mechanics but due to being sick and unable to do my hobby very well I’ve had to find a shop to do the repairs. So far they have been honest and helpful

Havent had the time to tune up my wifes 2nd car 2002 oldsmobile alero. They were busy yesterday. Customer service was great but the time estimates on inspection on repairs was a bit off and waited a little longer than expected. As always, Im a little skeptical about the work done as this wasnt an easy oil change or brake and rotor swap. Will be checking for new parts in the vehicle later today after working and leaving another review as this review is based on the customer service and time estimates. But will be doing another review based on if the new parts were actually swapped in or not.
