I called Saturday afternoon thinking I wouldn’t be able to get my car in till during the week! They told me go ahead and bring it in now if you have the chance! They performed the diagnostic within minutes! Car was fixed within a few hours!!! So excited I thought I would be out of a car for at least a a week! Thank you for your speedy service! And also thank you for the ride to and from the shop! I will be a repeat customer from now on!

This is the first place I have gone to in a long time that I actually felt like I was treated with value. Jo was wonderful and explained things to me as they were found and her concern for my safety was evident in how she helped me. The technicians were also willing to help me understand what was going on with my car and took great care of it.

I called this shop yesterday 8/31/20 and asked if they could take a look at wipers. The motor was not working. I had figured with everything going on I would have to make a appointment but to my surprise they said bring it in now so just living down the street I brought it in within 10 minutes. I have a extended warranty on the vehicle that covers the wiper motors. They daigonosed it as being a bad motor and said no big deal they could get it done by the time they close at 7 I dropped the truck off just after 3 p.m. I arrive back at the shop about 645 and they are still working on my truck . First thing I notice is they have the metal wipers sitting on the roof of my truck no protection .. whatever I talk to nate and he tells me he's not sure of they can give me my truck back because they haven't received payment from the warranty company which was not ok Because I need to work in the morning... They continue to work on the truck even after 7 they can't get my wipers to work . Easy job I guess it wasn't. In my 1 hour I observe a few things I'm unhappy with which included them dropping there impact screw gun on my hood .yanking the hell out of my wipers and visibiliy frustrated because closing time was passed.. it was at 8 pm I get my truck and told come tommorow and we will fix it.. getting my truck back I have my wiper blades broken ..the snap on cover piece on the wiper missing missing plastic anchors in the window cal broken and not properly installed and most importantly the wipers in worse shape then I brought to them... This shop sucks and so does Nate with his nonchalant ( we will fix it) no worries . No thanks Ill take it to someone who knows what there doing the first time. Save your self time and go somewhere else

Honesty is the main priority for me, and I think these folks were very honest in the assessment of my vehicle and what was the best option to take care of the issue.
