The warranties are so good and they always do right by me.

So I went in for an oil change and that went great but I asked about getting an alignment. I knew I needed because it pulls to the right. I told them that and they put it up in the air and had me come out and explained that my lower ball joint was shot and needed replaced. in the meantime I looked up the average price of ball joint replacement on autorepair.com which said it would average about 350- 650 dollars. The part is between 65 and 88 for my exact make and model and year truck. (I work at O'Reilly's and was wearing an O'Reilly's hat!) Their manager takes me to the computer and tell me you can't remove the ball joints from the control arm and I need to buy the control arm and ball joint and with the complete service it would be over 900 dollars!! So I paid for my oil change and left. I will be using Jack's Alignment Service in Colorado Springs. Thanks anyway

The guys were very nice, I was told I had a possible oil leak when I was checking out. Would have liked to know about it before hand to be given the option to have it taken care of same day. Other than that good experience. I will go back.

They “highly recommended” a service that I had just done and knew the car didn’t need so watch out for that scam and get a second opinion for any work needed BUT good customer service.

Fast and friendly

I would highly recommend. They got me in for a same day appointment and they took me to the garage to see what was wrong with my car before giving me a quote. The prices seemed fair.

The Service Street location at 5721 N. Carefree Circle, Colorado Springs, CO 80917 is the only place I get my vehicle serviced. The staff is super friendly, professional, and honest. Great place all around.

Not so good,they didn't even look at what could be wrong but still they said it a be $1,300 too fix it and no I didn't have there crystal ball work done even though they could do it now.

They will pick up your vehicle will not deny service to any vehicle they will go the extra mile for you vehicle to be roadworthy great shop /they finance and will work with your budget ...German Japanese Domestic they do all trust me I brought them 2 BMWs and Magic happend and saved a penny or 2...Go to Service Street Auto Repair @N Carefree and Powers ...also visiti Pariah MMA if your up for the challenge.
