I got quoted for 700 dollars for a repair that takes 30 minutes or so and a total of 60 dollars worth of parts on the high end. I was able to do the fix at home in an hour for under 100

The people were professional and friendly. They showed me any concerns with my car and explained everything. They were easy to work with and I had a great experience with them!

Towed my car here for Transmission Service and received an estimation that seemed outrageous. After extensive research and three other quality estimates I realized that his price quote was two to three times the standard rate. Paid again to have car towed to a AAA recommended service center to have work done for half the amount he qouted.

Long story short, I needed a new in tank fuel pump and spark plugs. They charged me 2314 dollars and it was done . well some where in the process of removing the fuel tank the filler neck was damaged and is causing an engine code. Now the manager wants to charge me 1200 more to replace the filler neck. He said he would half the cost. Well I'm not good with paying 600 more to fix something they damaged. Now if if they want to make it right and fix the problem I'll change my ratings and then we wont have to go to court.

Diagnostic test is $180. Totally insane to pay that much without them even touching your vehicle. I walked out the door. More than double what most places charge. Will never go back

I had an appointment for 7 am and it’s 8:20 am and nothing. Asked what was the point of an appointment and they told me they didn’t have a filter for my oil change. I used to come here and after this kind of answer and lack of ownership, I won’t come back.
