Ok, so I don’t leave reviews as a rule but decided to this time. I have a 2015 Jaguar XF with 35,000 and have always had an annual scheduled maintenance since purchase. Two days ago, out of the blue, as I was driving white smoke started coming from the engine of my car! AAA towed me to Service Streets which I had never heard of. Jerry quoted what I thought was a ridiculous amount of $3300 to repair the coolant system and gaskets and said it wouldn’t be fixed till the following Tuesday. So I called another service center and two different Jaguar dealerships one in Colorado and one out of state. The estimates were all between $3500 & $4000. My car was fixed by Service Streets three days earlier than expected and the total was $3044, that’s $256 less than original the quote. This alone is enough for me to continue to use this service center but there’s more! Previously I had been noticing a shakiness when braking that I brought up in September 2021 when I had my car serviced and again 2 weeks ago when I had new tires installed. Neither time did the technicians note what I had felt when braking. When Joe called to tell me the repair was done he also mentioned a shakiness when braking and quoted me a price to correct the problem which they were able to do the same day!! I trust this company and will return here for my services and highly recommend them. I also would like to thank Jerry and Joe for their professionalism, they made a difficult situation go smoothly.
