Service completed on time and as expected.

This is my first interactions with Service Street. The answered the phone 5:00 p.m. I was hoping to get the same day oil change. First they told me no, but then went and talked to technicians and they felt they could squeeze me in. Very professional, and easy to work with. Gave me pricing up front before I even gave them my keys. I knew exactly what I was getting into before they started. They finished the oil change in less than an hour. Thanks for all the help. I will be back.

Needed timing belt replaced. I brought in a competitors estimate and they saved me over $300. Got me to work and back while they did the job. Very friendly staff. Update: I get free oil changes at the dealership, but I always trust this place to be honest. If the dealership says something needs fixed, I get a second opinion at Service Street. Usually they either tell me it isn’t a necessity or they can do it for much less than the dealership. Today they actually told me that the dealership can beat them on price for this particular job. But also told me my power steering fluid was fine even though the dealership wanted to flush it. Thank you for the honesty, Service Street!
