I have been taking all of my vehicles here for the past 5 months. The team here has been great and they have always made repairs to my aging cars, efficiently and affordably. They dont try and sell me on repairs I don't need. They explain everything and give me an honest evaluation of the situation. The management and office staff always takes care of any situation and makes sure that I am happy every single time. I have taken my cars to a few other local shops in the past. I won't make that mistake again! This is the best spot in town to get work on your car done!

Very friendly and efficient staff. They take care of my car and does not take all day. Nice, clean waiting room and restrooms.

We were traveling from out of town and had a major problem with our car. These guys got us in and out the same day. They were friendly and the repairs were made at a very reasonable price. They also let us know about needed maintenance on our car that could wait until we got home. Thanks Toby and all the professionals that helped us out!

Wow, definitely excellent service, by everyone who I came into contact with. I went in because they are very close to where I live and I got a coupon in the mail. They now have a customer for life. Good service means a lot to me, they are great!

As a single woman, it is hard to know when you are being taken advantage of by an auto mechanic. I have found Service Street to be honest and above board. They have shown me the problems they encountered with my car and told me if they needed to be fixed immediately or could wait a few months before fixing. I so appreciate that since I live on a fixed income.

This was my first time using Service Street for an Oil Change. Appreciate that the guys checked out everything while the vehicle was on the high lift. There were a couple of things that may need attention in the future, but did not get pressured into get them done on this visit and prices pretty reasonable and they do offer a 10% Military Discount. The facility is nice too as they have a Keurig there for those who like to drink coffee. Thank you for a great first time appointment:)

Great service. They went the extra mile to ensure my car was up to par and ready for a long journey. Andrew took time out of his busy schedule to teach me what to check and watch for during my travels. Always be very and quick to help.

Impressive attention to detail, tech noticed oil spots on the ground after an oil change. He called and asked that I return just to make sure there was not a leak on my truck. New manager is very good. No pressure to do any additional work, they just report the status of your vehicle and any recommendations.

NEVER coming back here. I called for an oil change appointment and the person who answered asked if I could bring it in right now and I said it depends how long it will take because I have other stuff to do. He said 30-45 minutes. I was there within 5 minutes and the guy at the front seemed surprised that I expected it done in 30-45 minutes. "Oh that's a speech we use to get people in", I said I wasn't interested in waiting an hour and he insisted it could get done quickly, more like 40 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later I finally have my car back. That's called lying to get me in the door...and I'm done. Also when I was checking out I heard them talking with some poor kid saying his quote was $5000, he was super shocked and was talking about maybe just getting a new car...well they quickly started saying stuff like "oh no we'll see what we can do, maybe the mechanic can cut his labor a little, maybe we can look at financing, what about if we can get it down to $4000"? Are you kidding me?? They are just like every other crappy dishonest mechanic.
