Vehicle was dropped off on Saturday to replace 2 P/S hoses, which I supplied. The pressure hose was the wrong part. I was able to get the correct OEM parts on Monday. They were installed and when I went to pick the vehicle up on Monday, the driver's door handle was damaged. I was told to bring it back Wednesday when Chris O was in. Tuesday morning I noticed there was P/S fluid on my garage floor. I took the vehicle back Wednesday and Chris said they would take care of the door handle and check out the P/S leak. Turns out the P/S pump needed to be replaced and he said they would take care of the door handle at no cost to me. The door handle and P/S pump were replaced. Unfortunately, the P/S pump was defective and another needed to be ordered. The vehicle needed to be left overnight. The new pump was installed and I picked up the vehicle on Thursday. It's too snowy to check out the vehicle right now, but all seems good right now.

It can be some what intimidating (and annoying) for a woman when getting her vehicle serviced as many times the almost all male staff can be unprofessional, (say inappropriate things, stare inappropriately, etc.) this personally makes me want to avoid it for as long as possible. Although Service Street in Parker is an all male staff, I never feel this way at Service Street and that is one of the main reasons I come back!! They are professional and make me feel comfortable.Thanks!

In determining the cause of the problem I was having with my window, the guys at Service Street also found another problem that was in need of repair. I determined that my warranty would cover the problems, so I took it to the dealer for repairs. Despite having to take my vehicle elsewhere for the repairs, the guys at Service Street took good care of me and were very courteous and understanding. Service Street is always my 1st choice!

Fixed, fast, affordable...

I have brought my car in at least 3 or 4 times for tire or brake issues and every time they fixed my problem with a smile and didn't even charge me. Tomorrow I have the need to get my SUV fixed and guess where I am planning to take it! These guys are really great

Oil change and tire rotation completed in reasonable amount of time. Left some greasy fingerprints on the hood.
