It was Saturday, July 19th, 2014 at approximately 6:35 pm I had finished my appointment for a re-base and pedicure on Hess Road and Arapahoe Road when I noticed that the driver's side back tire was almost flat. What business would be open at this time of night? I saw the 7-11 and as I sped across Parker Road toward the 7-11 I noticed Service Street and open bays. Talk about luck (more like a blessing), I walked in and Aaron Barnett waited on me. I mentioned that I was getting a flat tire. He got up from his seat and looked out across the parking lot and stated that I must have a nail in my tire. I laughed and asked how he could possibly know that as it could just need air. He said that it was because of the way the tire appeared. Call me a doubting Thomas, but surely he could not diagnose my tire without being up close. Well, to my surprise I saw the roofing nail when I went outside to look at my tire. Aaron must have sensed my frustration, but assured me that the tire would be repaired and all would be well. We had a very pleasant conversation and he made the time to educate me about the advantage of using air in my tires as opposed to nitrogen. I could see a young man fixing my tire and asked Aaron why he did not remove my tire. He again educated me on using a plug from the outside as opposed to a patch on the inside of the tire. Then I noticed the young man had finished fixing my flat and was in my trunk. I asked Aaron why the young man was in my trunk. He said that as a courtesy he (Aaron) makes it a policy that spare tires are checked. Mine needed a new valve stem and air. Everything was loaded back into my trunk in the same order that I had it arranged. Aaron then gave me a print out of the recommended services that were to be done on my vehicle at specific mileage(s). I am "old school" and was quite impressed with the service, knowledge, efficiency, and genuine willingness to address each and every one of my concerns. There was no charge for this damsel in distress. Talk about "old school" values and integrity. Much appreciation and gratitude for the caring individuals at Service Street. Lucky me!

I love these guys! We have such a great relationship with these guys at Service Street. We feel they are VERY HONEST. They are also very helpful with any questions or concerns. I pass several other car places to go to Service Street and I will continue to do so. I was so happy last time that I left and went to the store and brought them back donuts! Nice, nice guys.

I ordered my tires on-line and had them shipped to Service Street. When I dropped my car off it was indicated I was having my tires installed and a a synthetic oil change. I didn't sign any paperwork. I said no, just the tires mounted and balanced. When I picked up the car I was informed I also had a synthetic oil change and an alignment in addition to the mounting and balancing. I said I had not requested the oil change or alignment. After a brief conversation I agreed the alignment was a good thing. The cost of the alignment was split, the oil change removed from the invoice and my coupon was honored. Excellent customer service and I love the tires that Service Street recommended to have shipped directly to them. I will be a repeat customer.

Wow!!! What an amazing place! I had a flat tire this morning and needed a repair. The first place I remembered near me was this garage. I dropped in with no appointment and they got to it right away. Jon is who helped me. He was super nice and quick. He showed me the damaged tire and said he could put s plug in it. I was in and out in 15 minutes, which was great since I had my two small kids with me. While I was there I learned about a great deal they have for oil changes. 5 pack for $100. I will be going back this week to buy it!! Thanks Jon!!!!! You were awesome :)

Be very careful when taking her vehicle to Service Street, at least the one in Parker. Twice I have taken my car in and they have quoted me over $1,000 in services that needed to be done to my vehicle. Both times I took it to my dealer for a second opinion and both times the repairs that Service Street said I needed did not exist. They are dishonest and when I called them on it were very unfriendly about it. Stay away from Service Street in Parker.

Refused to give me a quote over the phone, not even a ball park. Wanted me to bring my barley running car in, and if I didn't like their pricing, then what? Push my car down the street? I have had several other similar experiences with this place. Avoid at all costs

I have been taking my four family vehicles to Service Street the past several years. They have always been pleasant and honest about everything, I notice that--unlike other shops--the same guys are always there, so they must respect the place where they work. Their extended hours are helpful and I like that they use Valvoline oils instead of some lesser products--my own prejudice.

WARNING - WARNING - DON'T GO HERE....Oh how I wish I would have checked out their reviews here first - every single bad one is true, this place is horrible, they do not have experienced technicians, they don't know what they are doing and they just replace parts that are not needed. I went in for a check engine light and my truck was running rough and idling rough so they ran diagnostics which cost $130, said I needed to drain the $50 worth of gas out of my truck and replace the fuel filter because it was dirty but to bring it back the next day when their GM tech was there because it didn't turn off the check engine light - so much for the diagnostics. So the first day cost $132.00 and the truck was in worse shape leaving then when I brought it in. Next day I tell them that if they don't think they can fix it to let me have it towed to a GM dealership, nope our GM tech has 30 years experience and a scanner. Throughout the rest of the day it went like this, first it was the mass sensor so they replaced that, nope that didn't fix it then it was the ignition coils and wires, nope that didn't fix it , we can't figure it out, next, good news we got a rebuilt mass sensor but we took off the catalytic converter and cleaned it and took your truck for a test drive the check engine light is gone and it purred like a kitten, hmm so that means its fixed I asked? Well it will cost you another $400 I said well just put it back on and they said oh you can't fix them and put them back on once you take them off so we have to put a new one on, never bothered to ask permission. Well did that fix it - nope here we are now it is almost 7 pm and they say we can't figure it out, truck is misfiring but you can drive it the check engine light is off. I tell the manager I don't think I should have to pay until this is fixed and he said oh I agree I'll come pick you and your grandbaby up and you can take the truck and bring it back I said ok. He comes picks us up and I tell him I'll bring the truck back on Saturday, he tells me I can't let you leave without paying. I said you agreed on the phone, well I can't let you leave, my grandbaby was scared to death at this point so I had to pay. I told them I wanted the parts they took from my truck they pulled out some crap which we are still verifying. Next day the manager calls me and wants to know when I'm bringing the truck back I said to him you put remarks in the service agreement that were not true stating that I declined a oxygen sensor, you never said anything about it and he said just bring in it I'll fix it and I'm willing to eat it - I said eat it, you got $1500 and I've got a truck that is in worst shape then when I brought it in and then I said you took off the catalytic converter without my permission and he said "hello, hello" and hung up like the phone went dead. So, $1500.00 and two days without my truck and I'm still where I started. I took it to another shop who in 30 minutes knew what was wrong, verified that none of the parts supposedly changed by Service Street would have fixed my truck as they had nothing to do with what is wrong with my truck. How sad, I'm a 61 year old female with my grandbaby with me and this is how you get treated there. They lie, they don't know what they are doing, they charge for parts and labor that isn't needed and the new shop could only verify that one coil and been put in even though I was charged $83 each for two of them even though they more than likely weren't needed to begin with. These idiots are not mechanics and should be put out of business, they should not even be doing oil changes from everything I've experienced and read here - STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE.
