Fast, honest and qualified. I have used this Service Street for about four years. I even referred my son to use them. I have two vehicles that are out of warranty. They have done an excellent job of helping me keep them on the road. From transmission and differential replacement on my truck to general stuff like brakes and oil changes, they have always done a great job. I give them my highest recommendation.

We have been a Service Street customer for several years and have had only one questionable experience which turned out to be a misunderstanding. They are thorough and offer some great values with the packages offered . Great customer service is difficult to find these days but these people seem to have it covered well .

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE INTO SERVICE STREET FOR A REPAIR. After taking my car a ford Focus to have the tires replaced. I was called to approve the replacement of a tire stud after the technician broke it off while taking my tires off. The manager continued on to let me know that the cost for this part and labor would be $78~ I asked them to replace it at their own cost since when I brought the vehicle in this was not an issue. He proceeded to argue and get hostile, finally asking if I wanted the repair or not. I declined the repair found the part at the retail parts store of $1.99 plus tax.

I have been taking advantage of the great oil change special these guys run for two years now on my three vehicles. They always inspect the cars for any necessary work and make suggestions, but being retired, I usually do that stuff myself. Even though I'm not a lucrative customer, they are always friendly and helpful--it's a nice place to take your car. Also, there seems to be very little labor turnover--a good sign that they treat the help as well as the customers, which I think is important.
