DO NOT take your vehicle here. We took our truck in to get an oil change and alignment to fix a slight shimmy. Not only did they call half way thru saying we needed further work done but the shimmy has gotten worse. When the work was complete they tried to charge us for services they did not do. Also when we picked our truck up the keys could not be located because they had locked them In someone else's vehicle and we discovered a huge cut in the side wall of the tire. Service street has claimed that they are not responsible and are saying it must've happened in their parking lot. They have given us NO resolution and don't seem to care about the problem that happened while our vehicle was in their possession.

Service Street in Parker has always been really great to us. We've been taking our vehicles there since they opened. They're always friendly and on point as far as service times. I would highly recommend them.

At the time I was visiting out of town from Cheyenne, Wyoming and noticed my car making some loud noises and they were kind enough to look at my car and fix the problem and it didn't take much of my time at all and they kept me in the loop of what they were finding and let me make the decision of what I thought would be best to do. I definitely recommend them!

These guys are great. Had car trouble on the way home when the car temp started redlining; Chris, Jake and the team totally took care of me- quickly and cost effectively. Cannot say enough good things about them. Was totally impressed and will definitely be going back.

I originally went in for annoil change on my truck. When I got home and drive around, I noticed the truck was leaking oil. I took it back and they fixed the drain plug. Well it started leaking again. The new drain plug that was installed was bad. They went ahead and replaced it again. The shop personal have never treated me badly, and have bent over backwards to help me out. I truly appreciate all that they have done for me. Thank You once again.
