THE PERSONNEL WERE POLITE, GOT ME IN AND OUT QUICKLY AND DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME A BUNCH OF SERVICES THAT I DID NOT NEED OR WANT. COST WAS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN SOME COMPETITORS BUT LOWER THAN THE DEALERSHIP.

First time I seemed to be ok. Wanted to do other work on vehicle.

Had to replace a headlight but wasn't expecting to pay $25 for a bulb. Oh well, guess that's what they cost. A couple other smaller lights were out too and it took several times to find which ones. Techs were very nice though!

The guys at Service Street, in Parker, are great. I was acknowledged by name as I walked into the office for my scheduled appointment. They immediately set to work on my car. Within an hour they had troubleshot the problem and called with solution options and an estimate. They completed all work on time, and provided me with a readout of what was done, and what other observations their technician had made while he was under the car. I will definitely be going back to Service Street for any future automotive repairs.

Every single time, without fail, excellent, consistent, timely service. As a woman, often car maintenance/repair can be intimidating - not at Service Street! I feel valued as a customer, and I sincerely appreciate the honesty and integrity of the staff.
