This place will mark up your repair by hours not according to book, mark up your parts 2000% and then ask you to negotiate the price like pawn stars. They will tack on rediculouse fees and boast they gave you things for free. The manager wears sunglasses Inside to speak buisness with his customers and blatantly talks down to people. I had a conversation with an employee who stated he had to scrap and scroung by to get his monthly bonus just to make ends meat. Maybe if this place paid their employees enough they would not try and gouge their customers to make a bonus. I used to believe in this place a year ago .It was different managment and a different team. Anytime you call this place they will talk to you with a sense of disgust in their voice .They will sneak in repairs that dont need done and then tell you to pay more fore inspections that you rewuested in the first place. Just an all around PASS if you are smart . every time i drive by the place i feel bad for the customers walking in not knowing what is about to happen to them .If they came a year ago the price would be fair I think .
