During an oil change the tech noticed a leak. In looking at my service history Toby felt that some warranty work needed done so my car is at the shop today having the work done. I do so appreciate that they honor their warranties. Best wishes for Toby becoming General Manager of the facility and staying on board.

Let me start by saying I do most of my own work, and my trusted mechanic is further away than I like. But I though I would try a these guys since they were convenient to my home, and I thought it would be pretty straight forward. I just needed a wheel bearing replaced. I had the bearing, and had started the job myself and ran into some complications and simply did not have the time to deal with it. So I took it here. For the most part I got what I expected, I had damaged the disk for the brake, which lead into a fair amount of upselling which I took in stride and we settled on a price. Went to pick the vehicle up and of course there was an additional problem that required the wheel speed sensor to be replaced.... Extra $100 tacked on without my approval. Nor had I seen any issues related to that prior to pick up but they did show me a diagnostics sheet suggesting that something was wrong with the sensor. At that point I just wanted to be done. A day or so later oil is noted to be dripping heavily from the vehicle. A few days later I am able to bring the vehicle back in assuming it will be handled quickly. Not so I am shown that the vehicle is leaking transmission oil from the axle seal on the same axle the wheel bearing was changed. I am aware that the axle does not have to be removed to complete a wheel bearing, it however not uncommon for it to pop out or be moved as part of that change. However the insistence is that it was not touched and is a separate repair. Immediately going into cost to repair etc. At that point I left and will not return. I advise anyone else to steer far clear of this shop.

We are very sad to hear things did not go as expected. We want to be #1 when it comes to customer service and clearly we are missing the mark. Lack of focus, carelessness and indifference is not what we are known for. We are sorry your experience was not reflective of our reputation. Clearly we did not deliver as promised. We are very sorry to have failed you. Our leadership is trying to identify why this happened and we will resolve in a way that ensures superior customer experiences now and in the future.

Wow... just wow! I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. Not to mention the gentlemen at the front desk calling me by name, and remembering my face when I returned. I have never been into a cleaner shop, with friendlier staff. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I left my car for two items to be worked on. When I picked up my car, the first issue was the drive shaft that had been replaced about a month ago. The guy who closed out my paperwork, made it sound like it was my issue in driving. Upon questioning he finally started the shaft had a manufacturer default. They had to replace it. I then asked about the tire sensor and the right rear tire. He didn't know, no notes. He found the technician who worked on my car and came back to me staying I have a nail in my left tire. Ok but what about the sensor showing my right rear tire is low? "You must have had the tires crossed roasted and the sensor is trying to catch up" what??? My car is less than a year old and had 8500 miles. Tires haven't been rotated at all. I left with not much faith in how things were handled. I was hoping I found the trusted place to go for my car. Not so much.

We are truly sorry your experience was not to your satisfaction. We want to be #1 when it comes to customer service and clearly we are missing the mark. Thank you for letting us know about this. Feedback helps us tackle issues and become a better business.
