*****UPDATE***** I brought my Ford escape to these guys. And I'm telling you... If you want a mechanic that is trustworthy, honest and genuinely worried about YOUR saftey on the road....THESE ARE THE GUYS! Don't believe me.... Just stop in and chat with these guys. You will get exactly what I'm talking about! Will only bring my cars here!!! Had my Buick checked out here. The guys were so honest and so helpful. They saved me from wasting hundreds! Plus, when my daughter and I went to Walmart to wait they picked us up so that we didn't have to walk. Just all around great guys!! Will be back before I head back to Washington State!!

I will never go anywhere else to get my car serviced! My car died in my garage this morning, and they helped me figure out how to get the car out. They also kept me informed about everything that needed to be done, and kept my cost to a minimum. They were so helpful, and even picked me up so that I could get my car! Dave and Chris were amazing!!!

I cannot say enough Wonderful things about the people at the Service Street Car Repairs in Parker. They are all exceptional but hand's down.....my favorite is The Manager DeAnna. She is the most trustworthy and conscientious car repair person on this PLANET!! Not only did she get me in within 2 hours of my desperate call for new tires, she also had her guys fit in an alignment today as well. I knew my tires were needing to be replaced soon but when I saw the front passenger tire today with the steel showing thru, I knew it was wayyyyy passed time to get down there. This was a dangerous situation and she understood this and got me taken care of immediately! I also want to say a HUGE "Thank You" to Yoshi for going above and beyond for me today as well. My tires weren't quite done and I had to be at a 6pm appt. for work and he gave me his own personal vehicle this afternoon, so that I wouldn't miss my work appointment. This just goes to show you the type of wonderful people that work at Service Street Auto Repair.

Quick and easy!

Very pleasant staff When we dropped off the car. I'm not sure that the backroom staff and front room staff were always on the same page because we were called saying everything was perfect just need to change an air filter that was black. I agree to let them replace the air filter and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I called back in half an hour and was told it was completely ready to go. Drove to the store and it was still on the rack not ready to go. My wife got a completely different story when she went in to pick up the vehicle. I really appreciate the pleasant staff not so much them appearing to try to take advantage of my wife with scare tactics. Maybe just new people and maybe had the wrong car in mind when they were talking to my wife. I will choose to give it another shot when my car needs its next Oil Change.

Excellent customer service, I highly recommend it.
